Rabih Bou Rached

Over a decade ago, Rabih set out to transform the skies of the world with Drones, founding FEDS, the first company in the Middle East to offer drone-powered solutions for industries across the board. His passion for innovation and community collaboration quickly made him a key figure in shaping the region’s interest in drones and the regulations governing their operations. A firm believer that drones will soon be as essential as smartphones, Rabih envisions a future where they handle everything from delivering groceries to picking up the kids from school.
Karen Banares
Chief Operating Officer
With a natural ability to lead and a keen eye for detail, Karen brings over 20 years of experience in HR and customer service to FEDS. Holding an MA in Administration & Supervision, she expertly manages all operational functions, particularly overseeing the diverse missions our team of pilots undertakes, while also ensuring the quality of our ISO 9001 Management System. A passionate photographer and drone enthusiast, Karen was naturally drawn to FEDS, where she thrives in a role that blends her wide-ranging skills and interests.
Nikin Mohan James
Chief Drones Officer
As the Chief Drone Officer at FEDS Nikin Mohan James, brings over 14 years of expertise in the UAV industry. An aeronautical engineer and a seasoned UAV pilot, Nikin has honed his skills flying advanced fixed-wing and multirotor drones for remote sensing and aerial filming. He’s a specialist in 3D reality modelling using cutting-edge remote sensing technology and a certified trainer for senseFly eBee and DJI drones. With a deep passion for UAV technology, Nikin continues to lead with innovation and expertise in every aspect of his role.
Lubna Pathan
Marketing Manager
Lubna began her career in the automotive world, but her passion for drones took flight when she joined FEDS. Known for her sharp marketing acumen and strategic thinking, Lubna is all about creating campaigns that truly resonate. From building brand awareness to executing high-impact events, she has a talent for turning ideas into successful strategies. Add to that her outgoing nature and skill in fostering business relationships, and you’ve got a marketing leader who knows how to drive results and keep FEDS at the forefront of innovation.
Ali Seto
CEO of FEDS Drone Academy
Ali Seto, an instrumental figure in driving the FEDS brand to new heights, has now taken his passion for drones to the next level as CEO of FEDS Drone Academy. A veteran in B2B marketing, Ali discovered his true calling in the drone industry after joining Falcon Eye Drones in 2016. Now, as a drone expert and strategic leader, he is focused on empowering the next generation of commercial drone pilots, ensuring that FEDS Drone Academy remains a leader in drone innovation and training excellence
